Are the products imported and original?

Yes. Our curation specializes in direct import, with 80% to 90% of the catalog coming from Indonesia (Bali, Java, and Timor). We also work with selected artisans from Vietnam, Brazil and exclusive pieces from Turkey and Pakistan, among others.

How do payment methods and installments work?

We offer interest-free installment payments in up to 8 installments (minimum installment of R$50.00) with credit cards. For cash payments via PIX, you get a special discount of 5% on the product value.

Does Arte e Sintonia offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping to several regions on purchases above a minimum value.

The benefit is automatically calculated in the cart after you enter your zip code, varying according to location and the weight of the selected artwork. To check all rules and exceptions, please consult our Shipping Policy.

Are the parts replaceable or are they unique items?

Due to the handmade nature and our international curation, we work with two types of flow. Some of our art pieces, like the Marmorite Fountains, are continuously produced to order. However, pieces sculpted from wood, natural fibers, or volcanic stones from Indonesia and Vietnam are often unique items or extremely limited editions.

As each piece is handmade, even if restocked, one art piece will never be identical to another in terms of color, wood grain, or carving details. If you've fallen in love with a unique piece in our decor, we recommend securing your reservation, as many curated items are seasonal and may not return to stock.

Do you take orders?

Yes, we accept custom orders for special projects. However, to ensure the technical and logistical feasibility of your artwork, we conduct a preliminary analysis of the piece's size and the complexity of the handmade production.

Negotiations and quotes are handled directly with our sales department via WhatsApp.

It is important to note that, as we work with direct imports, custom-ordered pieces are included in our next container. If you are looking for an exclusive piece for your décor, please contact us to evaluate your project.

How should I clean and care for my decor pieces?

To maintain the beauty of your exclusive artwork, use only a duster or dry microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive chemicals or excessive moisture, especially on natural wood pieces or those with a handcrafted patina finish.

Where can I find my tracking code?

The tracking code is automatically sent to your email as soon as the carrier collects the order from our distribution center. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder or request an updated link from our support via WhatsApp by clicking HERE.

What is the delivery time for the Marmorite fountains?

Our marmorite fountains are handcrafted and made to order. The manufacturing period is 30 business days, plus shipping time to your region. This care ensures the perfect curing of the material and that your piece is always brand new.

My part arrived damaged, now what?

We take extreme care with packaging, but if any damage occurs, don't worry. Contact our customer service WhatsApp immediately, sending photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the replacement or refund with top priority.

Do Arte e Sintonia products come with a warranty?

Yes. All of our exclusive art pieces have a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. As we carry out a rigorous curation in Indonesia, Vietnam, and Brazil, each piece undergoes a quality inspection before being shipped.

In addition to the manufacturing warranty, we offer full support in cases of transit damage. As we deal with delicate and handmade items, we guarantee reshipment or refund if the piece suffers any damage during transit to your decor.

How to use my Cashback or exchange credit?

Both Cashback and exchange credits are generated automatically and linked to the account where the original purchase was made. At checkout, before completing the new order, you will see the available balance for direct application. In exceptional cases, our team may provide a specific discount coupon.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

Changes are only possible if the product has not yet been collected by the carrier. As our shipping process is fast to ensure efficiency, we request that any address errors be reported immediately to our support team.
