Handcrafted Balinese white Poleng umbrella with carved Ubuntu wood ribs.
This handcrafted Balinese parasol is an elegant reinterpretation of the traditional Tedung (or Pajeng), the sacred parasol of Bali. Handmade by master artisans (undagi), it is crafted from cotton fabric with carved local wood rods, reminiscent of Ubud art. The accessory, 190cm in diameter, symbolizes the invocation of the gods and purification in Balinese ceremonies (Melasti).
In white (Poleng), the parasol represents harmony (Rwa Bineda), linked to Shiva, the god of renewal. This imported piece is an exclusive decorative object that unites spiritual depth and the art of Balinese carving. The fringes and hanging details add a luxurious touch, making it ideal for gardens, social areas, or themed weddings, providing elegance and powerful cultural symbolism.

Approximate Measurements: 260cm height x 190cm diameter
*Because it is a handcrafted piece, no two are alike — each one carries its own identity, making your decoration even more unique. Due to this, variations in color, carving, and measurements may occur.
