Cashback Policy

At Arte & Sintonia, every purchase is also a form of reciprocity. That's why we created a Cashback program that converts a portion of the amount spent into credit to use in your next experience with us.


How does our Cashback work?

Every time you make a purchase in our store, 5% of the subtotal amount (i.e., the order value without considering shipping) is converted into cashback credit.


Main rules:

Cashback is calculated on the purchase subtotal, excluding the shipping cost.

The amount is released automatically after 15 calendar days, counting from the payment confirmation date.

Cashback credits are valid for 90 days after release.

Cashback is personal and non-transferable, and can only be used by the customer logged into the account used for the original purchase.

Example:

If you made a purchase of R$ 500 (excluding shipping), after 15 days you will receive R$ 25 credit in your Arte & Sintonia account to use on a new purchase.


How to use your cashback?

To ensure the process is simple and transparent, we use the Dollar Cashback app integrated into our Shopify platform. See below how to track and use your credits:


1. Log in to your account

It is essential that you are logged into the same account used for the previous purchase to view and redeem credits.


2. Access your cashback balance

After logging in: go to the "My account" menu and click on "Profile". Your available balance will be visible right below your registered addresses. To check the expiration date and movements, click on the "Store Credit" image.

 


3. Use your credits on your next purchase

In the Checkout step, you will see the option "Use store credit", select it to apply your available credits. The amount will be automatically deducted from the final purchase total (excluding shipping).

1. What is the purchase subtotal?

It is the total value of the purchased products, not including shipping.


2. When is cashback released?

After 15 calendar days from the confirmation of your purchase payment.


3. How do I know if my credits are available?

Just log in to your account and access the "My Credits" section.


4. Can I transfer my credits to another person?

No. Credits are personal and are linked to the buyer's account.


5. Can I use the credits to pay for shipping?

No. Cashback can only be used for the value of the products.


6. What happens if I don't use the credits within 90 days?

After this period, the credits automatically expire and can no longer be used.


7. If I return the product, do I lose the cashback?

Yes. In case of return or cancellation of the purchase, the corresponding cashback amount will be automatically canceled.
