The organic and smooth lines of the kartini decorative bench create a sophisticated effect together with the designs of natural Java teak wood in the natural tone of the wood.
This furniture, whose bold style originates in the 19th century, has a simple construction and a curvilinear silhouette, as if two delicate volutes crossed to support the side armrest. The name, kartini, is inspired by the Indonesian figure Raden Ajeng Kartini, who was instrumental in modernizing and improving the marketing of furniture made by artisans in Jepara. The backless bench has a high quality due to the reuse of local wood and turns out to be a sophisticated extra seat to compose the living room decor or a personalized support to accommodate clothes, pillows and extra blankets at the foot of the bed.
